Happy Semi-Retirement, Mom!

After years of working 50+ hours a week, nights, weekends, holidays etc. my mom is now semi-retired! She has a PRN (as needed) position and only has to work two shifts a month! I am sooo happy for you Mom aka Oma, the best nurse in the world!
