Thanks For The Memories

Last weekend we were fortunate to have a visit from my high school friend Dallas and her daughter Sutton. Husband/Father Jay is a marine and currently overseas in Afghanistan. David and Sutton hit it off right away. We got out the pool not too long after they got here last Friday.
Jason and the kids putting some corn out for the deer.

Dallas and I had a fabulous time telling old stories and looking through our high school year book together.
The kids enjoyed playing at the park after we ate at our favorite restuarant.

Wesley enjoyed having company too!

The day before they left Dallas came up with a great idea to have our kids be pen pals! How cool is that? We sooo enjoyed our visit with y'all Dallas and Sutton. Thanks for driving so far to come see us. We plan on returing the favor this fall (or when Jay comes home). Until then we will continue to enjoy watching this video of Sutton pretending to be Ariel!

Haha! That video was great - Amelia loved it too. She came right over to my laptop to see the funny girl. :)

It's so fun to see you guys together again - wish it would have worked to see you guys! Hopefully one day...

Elena now sees this Ariel video as a competition. Don't be surprised if I have to post one soon. What a great time you all had.
