We opened the Easter candy a little early. I gave David a piece that looked like this...
This conversation followed...
David:"What's this?"
Me: "Easter candy."
David:*Inspecting his prize* "Its a chocolate football!"
Me: "Actually, its an egg."
David: "No mommy, its a football."
Since it made me laugh and made me proud at the same time, I decided not to argue with him any further.

That is So funny! I remember always thinking that they looked more like footballs too! Good luck on your glucose test. What date did you schedule for Wesley's birth? That's sooooo exciting! Or are you sharing that info???
So far I've managed to stay out of the Easter stash I have put away for the weekend. However, I have indulged in some mini 3 muskateer (orange version) and Milano chocolate raspberry cookies....LOL!
Go Gawgs!! You should be so proud.
Bobby would only want to take off the wrapper as fast as possible to get the candy. He is addicted to the stuff.
Jason cut his bangs when I was in the shower one night last week. I'm glad it looks good in the pictures. Wait till you see it in person.
Ha! I love it! and you SHOULD be proud!
on a related note, how great is easter candy? um, peanut butter eggs? to die for!! give wesley a few of those, girl. He'll be a happy camper. :)
Have a great day, my friend!

david is a smart little cookie. i am fond of the cadbury eggs myself. and peanut m&ms. but you can eat those anytime. ;-)
David is so smart. I love Easter candy too. I'm stocked on Peeps!
That is great! To bad it was not wrapped in Georgia candy paper.
Like I said... ALL BOY! Michael would have been proud too! So, did he enjoy it?
Man, after reading all the comments I suddenly realize just how much I miss candy... {{{{sigh}}}} I loved the plain chocolate M&M's myself! I may have to indulge in a fun-size bag if Allie happens upon one in her egg hunt on Saturday. I know better than to buy those to stuff in their eggs...
It's not a football?!?!?!?!
Oh from the mouths of babes! They never cease to amaze me!
Well, he is right. They do look more like footballs than Easter Eggs. I mean eggs are more tear shaped. I found Zach on of those cars that David has. It's not a hummer - it's some sort of tractor or something...I'm not sure. I'm still trying to figure out these boy toy things!
