I used to love the cartoon "Tom and Jerry" when I was little, but I don't think I ever realized how vilolent it can be. It sure is a lot different than the educational shows for kids today! At least David seems to know the difference.

I completely agree! I also watched as a child and a few weeks ago Kade was watching and they pulled out a gun and knife in the same show. It did not bother him at all and I did not really think about it when I was a child either. I love when he says "Thats not nice!" Love it!
I agree entirely!!! I used to love to watch those cartoons when I was a kid. I became nostalgic one day and decided to watch one of those old cartoons. I was horrified at how violent they were! I cannot believe I used to watch them, and I don't think I would want my kids watching them these days. Way to go David for knowing right from wrong!!!
guuurl, some of the cartoons today are just whack. Spongebob never ceases to amaze me with its weird subject matter. Like the one where Patrick and SB raised a scallop together and they were fighting over who got to be the dad! haha
crazy!
You have a great weekend!

At least David knows the difference, that's great. I'm with ya'll, I can't believe how violent these cartoons can be. At least Elmo Visits the Firehouse is educational.
How funny that he see the difference. It is SO true. Thank goodness for GPTV!
Too funny! Morgan does the exact same thing. She says "they are making ALL bad choices!" You are right, when we were kids I just thought that it was funny but never noticed the violence.
Too cute how excited David gets!
How cute! I tell you, Andrea. I tell everyone that you have the cutest little boy on the planet! I can't wait to see how much Wesley looks like his big brother!!!
