Happy First Birthday Drew!
This concludes our Drew birthday weekend! We've known Drew's parents since we were in high school youth group together and we were all friends but neither of us were dating their respective spouses yet! Once we started dating the four of us were inseparable and we've been that way ever since.

How is David doing with the walking now?
Amanda, David is doing great with the walking now. He can walk halfway across a room before he falls, but the is happy to crawl the rest of the way. When we are out and about he prefers to hold one of our hands.
What a cute little boy. I love that blonde hair!!! Congrats to David on his walking!!! Watch out Mom & Dad...life will never be the same. ;o)

So sweet!!! I love Drew's blond hair!!! D is a huge Elmo fan too - I guess Elmo is in a different league than say the "New Kids on the Block" or the "Backstreet Boys." Sponge Bob doesn't stand a chance!!! :)
Way to go David!!! He'll be running before you know it. :) That's a great milestone...it helps Mommy out by not having to be carried all the time, yet he still loves to be cuddled.
Oh, and I love that color blue on your friend's walls. Nothing in my house is blue, but that is just gorgeous. I could see lots of white accent pieces with that. ;)

I'm glad you posted pictures. I'm glad Matt, Christy and Drew are well. I haven't seen a picture of Drew since his birth announcement/Christmas card.
Ben had about the same cake for his first birthday too! (I think one of the cars was different but we still have the Big Bird one).
